Twisted Tale of Roti

For foodies like me trying new things to eat is a blissful. Bored of the daily dose of Roti, I decided to give it a twist and made ‘Roti Chaat’ out of it.

  • Broke the Rotis/ Chappatis into smaller pieces
  • Roasted it in microwave for around 5 minutes to make them crispy and they turn brown
  • Added chopped onions, tomatoes & chilies
  • Top it with salt, some chaat masala & lemon

Well the chaat is ready…

It was a tasty & healthy option for snack. And, surely easy to make 🙂
